The geographical size of Scotland has caused problems in the past for co-ordinating the LIS. We hope this website will encourage more interaction between its members and help promote a lively and vibrant branch.

 

This site provides information on the Landscape Institute Scotland which is the Scottish Branch of the Landscape Institute, the professional body for Landscape Architecture covering landscape designers, scientists and managers.

The purpose of this site is to provide information on landscape architecture in Scotland including events, news updates and practices and membership as well as providing a forum for discussion for its members, clients and associated professionals.

The LIS represents the professional membership of the Scottish Branch of the Institute and is governed by a committee elected in June 2005 and who are:
